RETURN POLICY
|
Maps, globes and all other mapping products are considered reference items and
normally would warrant a "No Return/No Refund" policy. However, in most instances,
we will be happy to accommodate your return for an in-store credit, exchange, or refund,
if the following guidelines are met:

- You MUST call galaxymaps.com within 5 days after receipt of the product to
obtain a Return Authorization and addressing instructions.

- Product must be returned to us in the original carton with all original
packaging, instructions, accessories, literature, etc. and in new condition.
Please make every effort to package the item as it was shipped to you. In many
cases there are protective inserts that are used by the manufacturer to ensure
safe delivery, but if used incorrectly they can actually cause damage instead
of prevent it.
- You are responsible for return freight charges and insurance.
- Original freight charges for shipping to you will not be refunded or
credited.

Once we receive the product and all of the above stipulations have been satisfied, we will
be happy to either issue an in-store credit, ship product(s) you have indicated you would
like in exchange, or credit your card for the amount you paid for the product (minus original
shipping charges and a 25% restocking fee). Refunds to your credit card may take up to 30 days
for processing.

PLEASE NOTE:

Any purchases for products that are not standard offerings (i.e., your product has been custom
designed and/or altered from its original state to suit your needs) will have to adhere to our
"No Return/No Refund" policy. This includes custom made maps and globes, custom framed products
and any other item that has been changed from its original factory condition to suit your specific
needs.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS:

|
Although we take every precaution to ensure your package arrives to you safely, we have no control over
the package once it leaves our facility and is in route to you.
|
If shipment arrives and the shipping container appears to be damaged, please DO NOT ACCEPT THE SHIPMENT
and immediately notify us by E-mail or phone.
|
If you open your apparently undamaged shipment and find that the product inside is damaged, also notify
us immediately by E-mail or phone.
